Your account details (email, username, name), listings and photos you upload, messages, orders, and how you use the app (for example which items you view), so we can recommend things you'll like.
If you allow it, we use your location to find nearby InPost lockers and show trending items near you. Your shop shows only your town. Your full postcode and address are used only for delivery.
Card details are handled by our payment partner and never stored by HAUL. Bank details for withdrawals are encrypted at rest.
We share the minimum needed with delivery partners (InPost, Royal Mail) and our payment partner to complete your orders. We don't sell your data.
You can download or delete your data at any time. Delete your account in Settings, or email support@gethaul.shop.
