HAUL is in beta. Payments run in test mode and no real money moves until launch.
HAUL is a marketplace where members buy and sell second-hand items directly with each other. HAUL isn't the seller of items listed by members.
Selling is free. Buyers pay a Haul Protect fee of 2% of the item price plus 30p, capped at £10, shown before checkout. Optional extras like bumps and Spotlight are priced in the app. Standard withdrawals are free, and instant withdrawals cost 1% (minimum 20p).
If an item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly not as described, report it within 2 days of delivery and we'll hold the payment and help resolve it, including a full refund where appropriate.
Only list items you own and can send. No counterfeits, weapons, drugs, recalled or unsafe goods, or anything illegal in the UK. We may hide listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Payments are processed by our payment partner. Seller earnings are released to your HAUL balance when the buyer confirms the order, or automatically 2 days after delivery.
